Dr. Reza is the founder of the Performance Enhancement Health Coachâ„¢ Program & IHEART programs, which address the development of optimum performance skills via the creation of health at physical, chemical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels within individuals.

Dr. Samvat moved to Australia in 1991 from the USA. The fundamental challenge before humanity at this stage in its development is the creation of a civilization in which all peoples and cultures can participate – a civilization that represents a fusion of the material and spiritual imperatives of life. It is a scale at which knowledge must be generated and applied if humanity is to be ushered into an age of true prosperity. Brain research has shown that our brain is foremost a social brain.


Learning takes place in the brain initially to a pre-programmed sequence, not in the world we live in. It then grows and changes as a result of interactions with the world within which it lives, creating our memory.


Memory is the process of encoding, storing, and retrieving experiences and knowledge, and is fundamental to the formation of our learning and consciousness. Memory, learning, and evolving begin with how we feel about ourselves and the memories we have stored within our body. This includes the relationships we have with others, understanding the world of others, and making sense of the world we live in. Life is determined by brain function. Life experience affects brain chemistry at least as much as brain chemistry affects life experience; it is an interdependent process.


The brain is constantly at work, performing processes like thinking, concentrating, remembering, and more. During these activities, the brain cells constantly communicate with each other. This produces patterns or rhythms called brain waves. Gamma brain waves are one such wave pattern created by your brain. Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves. They mainly occur when you’re highly alert and conscious.


We explore some of the tools we can implement at the physical and somatic level to enhance our gamma level for sustainable transformation.
